Design of a typography and creation
of a textile edition inspired by the
Bayeux Tapestry in the framework of
a workshop led by Juanma Gomez and
Marie Lécrivain on january 2023.
Based on the embroidery stitches of
the Bayeux Tapestry, the typography,
in pixels, preserves the singularities of
the latter's characters while offering a
digital interpretation.
The textile edition, designed with a
digital embroidery machine, serves as
a narrative for the period of crisis that
art schools in France are going through
today.
